I was looking at it the other day. Is it worth $30?

I picked that up, and I think it is worth the money. Is is in scale with the Republic gunship they released with AOTC and the Clone Wars. The wings will adjust from flight to attack-X mode, which is cool.

Comes with a pilot as well, so you have to figure that put an extra $5 of value in there.

The only complaint I have about it is that it doesn't come with an astro mech droid for the cavity that is behind the cockpit. Doesn't look good without a droid in there. You'd have to atleast pick up an extra R2 figure to put in there.


FYI- they are also releasing a Y-wing later in the year along with the Millimium Falcon. The Falcon isn't going to be truely to scale, but I think it is going to be worth it.

Yep - about as silly as the last one they put out that didn't have a pilot.

I passed on this X-Wing since it's already been released twice before (once with electronics).

Yodasnews.com reported yesterday that the Sandcrawler will now be a Diamond Comics exclusive.

I have the electronic X-wing, and the Dagobah version prior to this one. They fit into Dioramas that I have planned. I think I will be skipping the Darth Vader Tie as I already have that one from the PoTF line.

thx megs... it looks just as sweet as all other SW shipps but I never got into those but my favorit is the imperial shuttle but its to expensiv here

that whole "figures not included" thing always pissed me off. esp when it was a character that was only ever seen piloting said vehicle, like the AT-At Driver...or Cloud Car Pilot.
the ships should ALWAYS come with a figure.
